Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that an otherwise eligible individual shall be entitled to old-age insurance benefits if such person has attained age 60 and has been required by his employer (after having been employed by such employer for five or more years) to retire at such age in compliance with an Executive Order of the President, a regulation or order issued by a Federal department or agency and published in the Federal Register, or a Federal law.
