Amends Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act to require the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, in determining the value of the house of an applicant for benefits under such Title, to take into account the current market price of homes in the area in which the applicant's home is located and to periodically review such determinations.
