Shown Here:Constitutional Amendment - Provides that, if during the term of one Congress, an individual holding the office of Senator or Representative fails to be recorded in person on 60 percent of the total number of yea-and-nay rollcall votes of the House of which he or she is a Member, taken during such term of Congress, such office becomes vacant, and the Secretary of the Senate or the Clerk of the House of Representatives, as the case may be, shall notify the executive authority of the State from which such individual was elected of the vacancy.
