Shown Here:Emergency Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation Benefits Program Amendments - Provides for the permanent elimination of the 120 percent State "on" and "off" indicators which determines elibility for participation in the unemployment compensation benefits program. Provides that the number of workers who have exhausted their regular unemployment compensation benefits will be counted in determing the level of insured unemployment. Eliminates the requirement that a State which triggers out of the program must wait at least 13 weeks before it may requalify.
