Provides that whenever there is a general increase in social security benefits under the Social Security Act there will be a corresponding increase in the standard of need used to determine eligibility for aid or assistance under State plans approved under title I (Grants to States for Old-Age and Medical Assistance for the Aged); title X (State grants to aid the blind); title XIV (State grants to aid the permanently and totally disabled); or title XVI (State grants to aid the aged, blind, or disabled) of such Act.
