Provides that, in the case of an individual who after attainment of age 65 is entitled to widow's or widower's benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance), no reduction in such benefits shall be made because such individual had received such benefits prior to attaining such age.
