Requires any nursing home, which provides services under State plans approved under Title XIX of the Social Security Act (Grants to States for Medical Assistance Programs) to fully disclose to the State licensing agency the identity of each person who has any ownership interest in such home or is the owner (in whole or in part) of any mortgage, deed of trust, note, or other obligation secured (in whole or in part) by such home. (Amends 42 U.S.C. 1396(a))
