States that no labor organization or employer shall be required to furnish, directly or indirectly, to the employer, in the case of a labor organization, or to the labor organization, in the case of an employer, materials, information, time, premises, meeting places, bulletin boards or other facilities to enable such other party to communicate with or reply to any communication with employees of the employer, members of the labor organization, its supporters or adherents.
