Permits, under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act, a woman who in good faith has gone through a marriage ceremony with an individual to be considered the widow of such individual even though, because of a legal impediment, such woman is not legally married to such individual to enable her to collect widow's benefits under such Act.
