Shown Here:Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives to appoint and fix the compensation of such special counsel as he may deem necessary to represent the Clerk and the interests of the House in any suit now pending or hereafter brought against the Clerk arising out of his actions while performing duties or obligations imposed upon him by the Federal Corrupt Practices Act, 1925, or the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971.
