States that the House of Representatives respectfully urges the President to: (1) convey to the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics the grave concern of the people of the United States and the House of Representatives over the continued injustices toward the Jewish people; (2) urge the Soviet Government to commute the recent death sentences of two Jewish citizens for an allegedly treasonous act; and (3) urge that Government to provide fair justice for its Jewish citizens.
