Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to establish a national cemetery at a location to be selected by him in San Bernardino County in the State of California, and to acquire, by donation, purchase, condemnation, or otherwise, such land as may be required for the establishment of such national cemetery.

Directs the Secretary of the Army to provide for the care and maintenance of such national cemetery.
