Provides that whoever uses a firearm to commit any felony which may be prosecuted in a court of the United States, or carries a firearm unlawfully during the commission of any felony which may be prosecuted in a court of the United States, shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment for not less than five years nor more than twenty-five years.

States that the execution or imposition of any term of imprisonment imposed under this Act may not be suspended and probation may not be granted. Provides that any term of imprisonment imposed under this Act may not be imposed to run concurrently with any term of imprisonment imposed for the commission of such felony. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924(c))
