Truth-in-Import Labeling Act - Prohibits the importation of any household, industrial, or office appliance or equipment manufactured, produced, or assembled outside the United States unless such appliance or equipment bears a conspicuous label which indicates the name of the manufacturer, producer, or assembler and the foreign country involved.

Authorizes the Federal Trade Commission to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
