Enlarges the Sequoia National Park in the State of California by adding portions of the Kern Plateau, Kern River drainage, and Little Kern River drainage. Defines the boundary of areas removed from administration as part of the Sequoia National Forest and the Inyo National Forest to prevent their destruction by logging and other commercial exploitation. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to publish in the Federal Register a definitive boundary description of the area.
