Antarctic Treaty Criminal Legislation Act - Provides that any national of the United States, or any foreign national who is a member of an American expedition, who commits an act or omission in Antarctica, which would be punishable if committed within the jurisdiction of the United States, shall be guilty of a like offense and subject to a like punishment.
