Provides that the coverage under title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance) extended to individuals of Japanese ancestry who were interned in the United States during World War II shall also be extended to individuals of Japanese ancestry who voluntarily left the areas of their residence in order to avoid such internment.
