Requires search warrants under the Tariff Act of 1930 in connection with body search procedures conducted with respect to persons entering the United States from foreign countries. Provides that when any body search involves a search of body cavaties, such search shall be made by qualified medical doctors under sanitary and medically approved conditions. (Amends 19 U.S.C. 1582).
