Provides that no person in the United States shall on the ground of race, color, national origin, or sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity funded in whole or in part with funds made available under this title.
Title II: Credit Against the Individual Income Tax for Tuition Paid for the Elementary or Secondary Education of Dependents - Allows as a credit under the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 the amount paid by an individual to any private non-profit elementary or secondary school during the taxable year for a dependent's education according to the following limitations: (1) 100 percent of such tuition, or (2) $200, whichever is the lesser.
Defines the terms used in this title.
Provides that the provisions of this Act shall apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 1971.
