Fair Labor Standards Amendments - Extends the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act to employees of an enterprise whose annual gross volume of sales made or business done is not less than $125,000. Defines "employer" subject to the act as including any person of an employer in relation to an employee and includes the United States or any State or political subdivision of a State (but does not include a labor organization).

Increases the hourly minimum rate under the Act to $2.25.

Increase the hourly minimum wage rate for employees in agriculture to: (1) not less than $1.50 an hour during the first year from the effective date of this Act; (2) not less than $1.75 an hour during the second year from such date; (3) not less than $2.00 an hour during the third year from such date; and (4) not less than $2.25 an hour thereafter.
