Provides for the deduction of 10 percent of the basic pay of a referee in bankruptcy, for purposes of Civil Service Retirement.

Specifies that the annuity of a referee in bankruptcy shall be computed by multiplying 2 1/2 percent of his average pay by the years of his service as a referee. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8334(a)(1), 8339(c)(2))
