Provides that, in the case of an individual who is convicted of a felony committed with a firearm, the execution or imposition of any term of imprisonment imposed may not be suspended and probation may not be granted. States that any term of imprisonment imposed may not run concurrently with any term of imprisonment imposed for the commission of such felony.
