Makes it unlawful for any person knowingly: (1) to sell or deliver in interstate commerce or through the mail to any minor any book, picture, or film, which depicts nudity, sexual conduct, or sadomasochistic abuse and which is harmful to minors; or (2) to exhibit to a minor a motion picture which has moved in interstate commerce or through the mails, and which depicts nudity, sexual conduct, or sadomasochistic abuse.

Prescribes criminal penalties for the violation of this Act.

Defines the terms used in this Act. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 1466)
