District of Columbia Minimum Wage Amendments Act - Extends minimum wage and overtime compensation protection to domestic workers pursuant to the District of Columbia Minimum Wage Act. Raises the minimum wage to $2.25 per hour for the year of enactment, to $2.35 the following year, and to $2.50 per year during the third fiscal year.

Requires overtime compensation at one and one-half times the employee's regular rate for all hours worked over 8 in any day. Exempts from the right to enter and inspect the place of business of an employer under the provisions of this Act, an employer's premises with respect to employees employed in domestic service or other employment in or about the residence of the employer.

Provides that the District of Columbia Court of Appeals shall have jurisdiction to provide injunctive relief for violations of this Act.
