Provides that the exemption from antitrust laws extended to agreements covering the telecasting of professional football, baseball, basketball and hockey games shall terminate when a home game is sold out forty-eight hours before the scheduled beginning time of such game.

Prohibits blackouts by stations more than 50 miles from the site of the event. (Amends 15 U.S.C. 1292)
