Provides that when a member of the uniformed services dies while he is on active duty for a period of more than thirty days, his dependents who are receiving benefits for a moderate or severe mental handicap or a serious physical handicap shall continue to be eligible for such benefits until they pass their twenty-first birthday. (Amends 10 USC 1079(g))
