Shown Here:Provides that any person who has acquired or constructed any structure, fixture, or improvement on lands under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior, and administered by the Bureau of Land Management, shall have a possessory interest therein which shall consist of all incidents of ownership except legal title, which shall be vested in the United States.
States that such possessory interest shall be subject to the applicable provisions of the lease or permit, but shall not be extinguished by the expiration or termination of the lease or permit and may not be taken for public use without just compensation.
