Shown Here:Compensation to Crime Victims Act - Directs the United States attorneys to process applications for compensation from victims of offenses enumerated in this Act and to pay such compensation as the attorneys determine to be necessary and proper in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
Authorizes the attorneys to hold such hearings and take such testimony as necessary to carry out this Act. Grants subpoena power to the attorneys for purposes of this Act.
