Law Enforcement Officers Benefits Act - Provides for the payment of a gratuity of $50,000 to survivors of law enforcement officers, prison guards, and judges killed in the line of duty, under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Sgreets Act of 1968.

Sets forth the following order of precedence in paying such gratuity: (a) to the spouse if no dependent child; (b) to the dependent children in equal shares if no spouse; (c) if both spouse and children one-half to the spouse and one-half to the children in equal shares; and (d) if no survivor to the above classes, to the parents.

Makes the gratuity payable under this Act in addition to any other benefits payable under law.
