Alaska Refuges Act - Declares the intent of Congress that the areas designated by this Act as units of the national wildlife refuge system shall be administered for the use and enjoyment of the American people in such manner as will leave them unimpared for future use and enjoyment as natural wildlands.

Establishes areas in the State of Alaska as national wildlife refuges. Provides that the Secretary of the Interior shall administer such areas.

Provides for the publication in the Federal Register of a map and legal description of each refuge area established by this Act.

Makes provision for the selection of township lands by native Alaskans under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act within the areas covered by this Act.

Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
