Provides that, under the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937, railroad employees may retire on a full annuity at age sixty or after serving thirty years. Provides that such annuity for any month shall not be less than one-half of the individuals average monthly compensation for the five years of highest earnings. (Amends 45 U.S.C. 216)
