States that violations of the public land laws and regulations of the Secretary of the Interior relating to protection of the public lands administered by the Secretary through the Bureau of Land Management shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.

Authorizes such offenses to be tried before any United States commissioner or magistrate designated for that purpose by the court by which he was appointed.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to designate employees in the Bureau of Land Management to make arrests for violations referred to in this Act.
