Authorizes appropriations of $50,000,000; $110,000,000; and $160,000,000 for fiscal years 1973, 1974, and 1975, respectively for grants to Medical Schools to assist the development of projects to establish programs of education in the field of family medicine.

Makes eligible for grants only the applicant which is a public or other non profit school, and which is accredited by a recognized body approved for such purpose by the Commissioner of Education.

Specifies the conditions under which grants may be made under this act.
