Authorizes compensation for a fireman injured or killed while performing his regular duties in an area designated by the Governor of the State to be in a State of civil disorder.

Provides, upon a showing by the local fire department, that the Attorney General shall pay the disabled fireman or his survivors a monthly benefit in the amount of $250 per month for a period of ninety-nine months after death or disability, or until there is no eligible survivor.

Grants the Attorney General power to administer this Act and authorizes such appropriations are as necessary to carry out its purposes.
