World War I Pension Act - Directs the Administrator of the Veterans Administration to pay to each veteran of World War I, who meets the service requirements of this Act, or his widow, a pension at the monthly rate of $150.

Defines the terms "veteran" and "World War I". States that the pension under this Act shall be paid to a veteran or his widow without regard to his or her annual income, if solely derived from the payments of social security benefits, railroad retirement benefits, or pensions.

Sets forth specified minimum service requirements for a veteran to be eligible for a pension under this Act. Stipulates that a widow must have been married to the veteran for not less than ten years at the time of his death.
