Provides that the annuity of each person who, on the effective date of this Act, is receiving or entitled to receive an annuity from the civil service retirement annuity from the civil service retirement and disability fund shall be increased by: (1) $26 per month if now less than $200 per month; (2) 13 percent if now at least $200 but less than $300 per month; (3) 9 percent if now at least $300 but less than $400 per month; (4) 7 percent if now at least $400 but less than $500 per month; or (5) 5 percent if now at least $500 per month.

Provides that the annuity of a survivor of a retired employee or Member of Congress, who received an increase under this Act shall be increased in accordance with the amounts set forth above.
