Constitutional Amendment - Provides that the judges of the Supreme Court shall hold their offices for terms of twelve years, commencing on the date of their commissions. Provides that they shall be eligible for reappointment.

Provides that this Amendment shall not limit the tenure in office during good behavior of Supreme Court judges who presently hold office.
