Directs the Department of Labor, in cooperation with the Bureau of the Census, to immediately begin to undertake the collection and compilation of data in order to provide for the monthly publication by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, beginning not later than July 1973, of the nationwide unemployment rate among Spanish-speaking Americans. Directs the Bureau of the Census and the Department of Labor and the Department of Agriculture to undertake further efforts to collect and publish regularly statistics which provide indicators of the social and economic condition of Spanish- speaking citizens in urban and rural America.
