Constitutional Amendment - Provides that no person shall be a Member of Congress who at the time of taking office shall have attained the age of sixty-six years.

Stipulates that this article shall not affect the eligibility of any Member of Congress to complete the term of office which he or she occupied at the time of ratification of this article.

Provides that no Justice of the Supreme Court or judge or magistrate in any lower court of the United States shall continue in such office after he or she shall have attained the age of seventy-one years.
