Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the Cuban "Declaration of Freedom" should be patriotically considered by all Cubans in exile and by all who wish to end the tyranny of Castroism and communism in Cuba and that such declaration should serve to unite those pledged to restoring Cuban liberty and independence, and that it should be the objective of the United States to commend and encourage recognition and respect for the declaration.
