Constitutional Amendment - Provides that no public school student shall, because of his race, creed, or color, be assigned to or required to attend a particular school.

States that no public school teacher or other public employee of the United States of America or of one of the several States or any political subdivision thereof, shall, because of his race, creed, or color, be assigned to or required to work at any particular job or location.
