Makes it the sense of the Congress that the United States Government immediately cease its inhumane, imprudent, and economically and militarily disastrous policy of economic sanctions against Rhodesia; take necessary steps to restore normal trading relations; and accord full recognition and all diplomatic and consular rights attached thereto to the legal Government of Rhodesia.
