In section 103 of the bill, redesignate subsections (b) and (c) as subsectios (c) and (d), and after subsection (a) insert the following new subsection: (b) ADDITIONAL IMPORT SANCTIONS.--***.
Purpose:An amendment granting authority to the President to restrict importation into the U.S. of any or all products of any foreign country that has not prohibited the importation of the products of Iraq or given satisfactory assurances to the President that such import sanctions will promptly be implemented.
